No better than table salt and more expensive - Nasaline is used to make a saline solution for nasal irrigation. As a sinus sufferer, I ve been doing nasal irrigation for years, using table salt to make the solution. Nasaline is available in pre-measured packets, which were very convenient to use while I was on vacation recently and I do recommend the packets for their convenience, however, for everyday use, Nasaline is much more expensive than table salt and doesn t work any better.

great stuff - I love using this stuff.So much better than over the counter nasal spray.This is natural and it works great,Alot cheaper,too.
